Job Overview

As a Sales Executive focused on the APAC region you will be a driving force behind our strategic growth in this market. Your role encompasses client relationship management client success strategy and advocacy to ensure the delivery of highquality services while achieving revenue and growth targets. We are looking for an individual who can seamlessly integrate our guiding principles into their work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the APAC region comprehending their outsourcing needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and industry.
  • Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to customize solutions to client needs delivering a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and advocating for their needs within the organization.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets in the APAC region.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction as gauged by feedback and recurring business.
  • New Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard new clients and broaden our client base in the APAC region.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on closing deals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships that contribute to the companys growth in the region.
  • Market Insights: Provide regular market insights and competitive analysis reports to inform company strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Demonstrated sales experience in outsourcing or a related industry with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Profound understanding of the APAC market and cultural nuances.
  • Preferably has the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients in the region
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
