Overview:
The Sales Executive and Customer Care Executive play a critical role in our organization by driving sales revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for representing the company and its products or services to potential customers as well as resolving customer inquiries or issues to maintain a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals
- Keeping abreast of industry trends competitors and new products
- Upselling products and services to existing customers
- Providing aftersales support and conducting followup activities
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining sales records
- Participating in sales events and promotions
- Assisting with customer care duties as needed
- Contributing to the overall improvement of sales processes
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or Customer Care Executive
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Outstanding negotiation and selling skills
- Customercentric mindset with a problemsolving attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to learning about the companys products and services
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in the use of social media for sales and customer care is a plus
6 days working no cabs salary will be disclose upon selection.
