PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and delivering technical
presentation and quotations explaining products or services to customers and engineers to assess
equipment/screens needs and to determine customers requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain existing customers' accounts.
2) Respond to customers' enquiries followup and provide solutions to clients.
3) Review and prepare sales quotation as per customer's enquiries.
4) Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
5) Prepare weekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (preproduction meeting).
6) Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.
7) Liaising with customers on technical specifications.
8) Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior receiving Sales Order confirmation.
9) Ensure correct and full information about the Sales order are passed to engineering and production. Able
to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in it.
10) Support team in preparing marketing sales & presentation materials.
11) Provide information to team on market forecast and participate in market analysis.
12) Willing to travel when and if needed.
13) Sales followsups. (Temporary) To include partial Supply Chain role:
8.1 Pipes & Raw Materials ordering
8.2 Pipes & Raw Materials cost controlling
Prepare supply agreements
14) Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
15) Adheres companys guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
16) Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
17) Promote and participate in companywide or departmental programs such as:
Total Quality Management Lean Manufacturing
Social Activities
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1
026F.
2. Ensures Accountability holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
3. Customer focus Building strong customer relationships and delivering customercentric solutions.
4. Drives Result consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances. Results might be
quantifiable measured in terms in P&L sales growth customer satisfaction ratings new product
launched. Qualitative result an enhanced reputation among customers a more vibrant brand that
attracts customer and employee talent.
5. Manages complexity making sense of complex high quality and sometimes contradictory
information to effectively solve problems. Asks the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering petroleum or any engineering
related course
2. Communication : Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in oral and written English)
3. Experience : Proven and Solid 5 years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil
& Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment
4. Software/Hardware : Presentation tools sales/CRM tools Microsoft office( word ppt Excel
pivot vlookup) ERP System. Preferably has some knowledge on CAD tool like solid works inventor or
proE and able to read drawings.
