About Us:

Sonata Software is a global IT solutions and services company specialising in providing innovative software solutions to the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Hunter to join our team in the UK.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Hunter focusing on the BFSI sector in the UK you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. We are seeking individuals who are adept at developing and nurturing client relationships and have a proven track record of success in direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI sector in the UK market.

Prospect cold call and network to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and pain points and articulate how Sonata Softwares solutions can address them effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and forecasts.


Requirements:

Proven track record of successful sales achievements preferably in the BFSI sector.

Extensive experience in direct sales with a focus on acquiring new business.

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.

Selfmotivated driven and resultsoriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
