Ready to be part of the driving force behind EV innovation Were on the lookout for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Netherlands. As an SDR youll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth in the Netherlands market. Dive into the action as you conduct outbound calls and engage with potential customers to generate leads.

Tasks

Support account management team in customer engagement through daily and weekly interactions with business clients:

  • Lead the charge in outbound calls to small and medium sized business; qualify leads and ignite customers interest
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers facilitating a seamless transition to account management as they progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and track interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Account Management department to optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback to continuously improve sales and customer service processes.

Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in sales customer service or a related field.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native proficiency) and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales with the ability to proactively spark enthusiasm in potential customers.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
  • Interest in automotive industry and electric vehicles is a plus.
