We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team! As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients thus expanding our customer base.
Sales Development Representative is someone who is responsible for generating new sales for the company as well as providing excellent customer service to the clients.
  • Generating and qualifying new leads
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Promoting products and services
  • Delivering quality customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Sales Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales Telemarketing and B2C Australian experience
  • Excellent ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills
  • Having NeuroEmotional Persuasion Questions (NEPQ) Certification is a plus factor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
