Job Description:
We re seeking a selfmotivated and resultdriven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. As an SDR you ll be responsible for conducting outreach initiating conversations and nurturing relationships with potential customers. REMOTE POSITION
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on persona and accounts level to initiate conversations with the ideal buyer personas within identified customer profiles in North America.
Generate curiosity & interest in Client through various channels including cold calls emails and social touches daily.
Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations understanding their needs and identifying pain points that our solution can address.
Set up preliminary meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition & benefits of our offerings.
Maintain accurate & uptodate records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
Stay updated on the industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to tailor outreach messages effectively.
Achieve weekly/monthly quota for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in business marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in outbound prospecting lead generation or sales development preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and through written communication.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects.
Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
Must be independent selfmotivated and successdriven yet willing to work within a team environment
Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customerfacing scenarios
Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
