Light industrial flexible staffing is a $40B labor market that encompasses entrylevel jobs in warehouses & distribution centers. These workers pack boxes load trucks and manage warehouse operations to keep supply chains running at peak efficiency.

Were seeking an ambitious and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative to join our clients team. Youll be reaching out to midmarket enterprise clients generating meetings fostering client relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires the ability to work from the office in NYC.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate 4 meetings per week through cold calling email LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline


Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 03y of sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proficiency in highvolume cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM sales tools and LinkedIn
  • Resultsdriven ambitious competitive mindset
  • Ability to work from the office in NYC
Preferred qualifications:
  • 13y of outbound sales experience in Light Industrial Staffing
  • Knowledge of the light industrial labor industry roles and processes
  • Book of business with Warehouse Manager/HRD/TAM/COO is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus
