- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email, etc.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and educate them about the company's products or services.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide them with necessary information for successful follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
