Tasks
What you will do
Support us in creating the leading data onboarding SaaS startup in Europe. We built a tool with massive scaling potential and are looking for ambitious employees to join us.
In this position you are part of the growth engine of our company by actively approaching relevant prospects through various outbound channels utilizing our software tools and different outbound channels. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects setting up and executing new cold outreach campaigns nurturing prospects with relevant content and identifying their pain points where we can help them accomplish their goals.
As part of our growth engine youll:
- Identify and reach out to new prospects that will benefit from using our nuvo data import and data integration solutions
- Derive options for action through various outbound channels and activities such as Email LinkedIn and phone calls. Develop new strategies for lead generation increasing conversion to first engagement and calls and optimizing our targeting and relevant resources together with our marketing team
- Enrich nurture qualify and speak to potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
- Analyze and present the current initiatives to optimize our approach to meet a broader variety of users
- Learn and improve your skills every day through the exchange with prospects and our internal team
Requirements
What are we looking for
- You are a curious learner with a handson mentality have a passion for the SaaS business world and ideally bring 1 years of experience in Sales / Growth at an earlystage startup or highperformance environment to the table
- A team player with a balance between people and task focus. Strong communication skills manifested in a wellchosen articulation in English and German
- A person with relentless drive and a handson entrepreneurial mentality to help scale our business.
- Ideally you are based in Hamburg or willing to relocate (not a must)
- You have a business or techrelated bachelors or masters degree
