Zithara is a leading Customer Engagement platform that enables Retailers across to analyze customer behavior understand their preferences and send hyperpersonalization communication at every touchpoint across their lifecycle.
Offline retailers B2C brands use Zithara to send omnichannel campaigns across touchpoints like push notifications (mobile and web) email inapp onsite messages WhatsApp Google Ads Facebook and SMS.

Responsibilities:
Analyze client engagement and retention challenges to tailor Zitharas solutions.
Initiate business development through multiple channels and platforms identifying potential leads in the target market.
Follow up on leads identify key buying influencers and foster prospect relationships to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers Marketing and other teams to meet revenue goals.
Maintain CRM data accuracy generate sales pipeline reports and ensure compliance with information security practices.
Skills Required:
24 years of lead generation experience specifically in the Indian market (min. 2 years required).
Background in SAAS/B2B with strong communication skills.
Adaptability to evolving environments.
Bachelors degree.
