Sales and Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives for the ropeway and hotel services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer needs and opportunities for growth in the ropeway and hotel industry.
• Identify and target key market segments and customer groups creating tailored marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including travel agencies tour operators event planners and corporate clients to drive business partnerships and secure sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the ropeway operations team and hotel management to develop attractive packages offers and pricing strategies to drive sales and occupancy rates.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives including online and offline advertising digital marketing social media campaigns and public relations activities.
• Develop and manage the sales team providing leadership training and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor sales performance analyze sales data and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to promote our ropeway and hotel services build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
• Stay updated with industry trends competitive landscape and customer preferences in the ropeway and hotel industry and incorporate relevant insights into sales and marketing strategies.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven 5 experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager within the ropeway and hotel industry or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of the ropeway industry including cable cars gondolas chairlifts and funiculars as well as the hotel industry and hospitality services.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Excellent understanding of market research customer segmentation and targeted marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing channels social media platforms and CRM software for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills to establish partnerships and secure sales contracts with key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data analyze market trends and make datadriven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our ropeway and hotel services to diverse audiences.
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
