Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in our companys growth by driving sales and marketing efforts. This dynamic position requires a proactive and resultsoriented individual who can effectively promote our products/services and engage with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
