Sales & Contract Administration is a vital component of the building industry.

The role is primarily responsible for managing the administration of building contracts contract variations quality assurance and pricing for a varied mix of construction projects in accordance with company standards and expectations.


The Sales & Contract Administrator will work as a liaison between the company its stakeholders and its clientele to ensure all contractual requirements for a new build project are formulated administered and honoured during a project life span.


The contract administration is the foundation for every project as the contract is the base upon which all work is built. The Sales & Contract Administrator will need to have a keen eye for detail be meticulous with pricing details and inclusions work well under pressure and demonstrate the ability to balance competing demands problem solve and make decisions that are wellinformed and follow a logical trajectory.


Quite naturally this work is the backbone of having a seamless and productive partnership with clients vendors and other stakeholders.



Responsibilities:

  • Contract quality assurance including formatting removing errors and overall accuracy.
  • Pricing for all inclusions is current and accurate.
  • Reporting to Senior Management.
  • Facilitating client and sales referral quotes.
  • Communicate to sales partners on pricing and contract template changes.
  • Prepare and register New Home & Construction Project contracts.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Apply construction information to the contract preparation process.
  • Apply contract law where/if applicable.
  • Registering contract orders (sales advice).
  • Answering client queries and requests.
  • All contractual matters relating to clients and/or referrers as directed by management.
  • Administration support.



Requirements

  • Completion of a diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated working experience within the Australian Residential or Construction Industry (REQUIRED) or Victorian Residential Building Industry administering new home / project building contracts.
  • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of Victorian Building Contracts is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organize showing initiative excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and project standards with the ability to draft formal correspondence as well as build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong degree of problemsolving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgment when decisionmaking is required.
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in a range of software packages including Microsoft Office suite Data Build & Click Home or any CRM tool.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Annual Appraisal
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time Monday to Friday.
