We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who will play a key role in our growth by sharing the Knowliah success story with organisations in France. With your extensive experience in SaaS Sales you will set up our business in France and assist prospects and customers in understanding the value that Knowliah offers to support corporate legal management.

The portfolio ranges from modern insolvency and law firm management solutions to AIbased data management workflow automation and an integrated legal tech platform through to intelligent data services.

Knowliah (as part of STP ONE) is an AIpowered SaaS platform designed to centralize and streamline legal processes and workflows improve collaboration and have better and relevant reporting for all legal related operations in matters contracts entities and knowledge. Knowliah provides organisations with the software and support they need to enable their inhouse legal teams to contribute to EBITDA and deliver and demonstrate business value.

Tasks

  • You are able to enter a new market and are able to build a gotomarket plan
  • You have many years of experience in value selling of Saas solutions and know how to manage the stakeholders from the first contact to closing the deal
  • You own the process and you manage all stages of the complex endtoend sales cycle including prospect identification qualification product demonstrations contract negotiations and closing.
  • Adopt a proactive and consultative sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for increased satisfaction and active participaton in marketing initiatives including webinars and events.
  • Successfully sell across sectors and at Clevel committing to continuous innovation
  • You ensure our sales targets are met

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in selling software (SaaS) to medium and large companies (<1.000 employees).
  • Proven track record of market development and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in prospecting decisionmakers and strategic executives.
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Frenchspeaking and fluent in English.
  • You are living in Paris and surroundings (le de France) although most contacts are done digitally

Nice to have:

  • formal sales training (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Challenger SPIN etc.) and experience or background in the legal sector.
