Job Summary

As a Sales Administrator youll also play a crucial role in lead generation sales development contributing to our clients overall sales success. This role entails a dynamic mix of responsibilities including general sales administration proposal creation lead identification record maintenance order input and invoice creation.


Job Responsibilities


  • General Sales Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

  • Proposal Creation: Assist in the creation and formatting of compelling sales proposals.

  • Lead Identification: Actively identify potential leads and prospects for the sales team.

  • Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.

  • Order Input and Invoicing: Input orders into the system and create invoices as needed.

  • Lead Generation Assistant: Play a key role in generating leads for the sales team.

  • Sales Development Rep (SDR): Contribute to the sales development process by engaging potential customers.

  • Create Marketing and Sales Material: Develop compelling marketing and sales materials to support sales efforts.

  • Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.

  • Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs.

  • Schedule sales demos and meetings.

  • Set up & manage a contact list.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.

  • Create distribute and collect customer surveys compiling the results in a datasheet or report.

  • Ad hoc tasks



Requirements


  • At least two years of proven experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Minimum of a college degree
  • Proficient in MS and Gsuites and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.

Schedule: West African Time: full time/part time (Availability between 02:00pm and 12am)
