The Business


  1. Own the complete cycle from prospecting to closing and launching new customers.
  2. Manage outbound and inbound leads. Achieve your sales quota.
  3. Provide support for clients by learning and addressing their requirements and mapping it to Wooqers unique value proposition.
  4. Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to build trust and confidence in the product and organization.
  5. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  6. Stay current on company offerings and industry trends. Maintain and track CRM at all times.
  7. Build longlasting mutually beneficial relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to create a better customer experience.
  8. Handle complaints and negotiations and work deals towards closures.
  9. Win deals and ensure smooth onboarding.

  1. B.tech with 1 yr B2B product sales experience and good understanding of B2B sales process in a startup environment.
  2. Track record of consistently hitting your targets.
  3. Experience of selling to Clevel executives and finance teams.
  4. Strong time management & Stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  6. Track record of generating your own pipeline.
  7. Understanding of how technology products are built.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Computer skills especially MS Office Google Suite apps and CRM
  10. Software Comprehensive and current knowledge of company
  11. The drive and energy to manage multiple account
