Job Summary:
As a SaaS Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively creating new pipelines and sales funnels. This position requires a strategic and customerfocused individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales account management and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to enhance the value of our SaaS offerings.
New Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients through market research industry networking and outreach.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest features updates and competitive landscape of our SaaS products.
Effectively communicate product value propositions to both existing clients and potential customers.
Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
Customize pitches based on client needs and feedback gathered during interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SaaS sales account management and lead generation.
Strong understanding of Saas and the challenges faced by clients in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
