Role: Business Development Associate
Qualification: Graduation(B.Tech)
Experience required: 01 06 years of experience in selling courses related to up
skilling segment or Higher Education or IT Solutions
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Compensation: Upto 8.4 LPA with monthly uncapped incentives rollout
based on performance
(Average 1030% of the hike could be provided on the current /
previous Fixed Salary)
Responsibilities
As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing
techlandscape
Following up with existing prospects to ensure that we are able to open up new realms
of possibilities through the power of Organization.
With a customercentric approach you will qualify their career goals and identify how
Company can help them.
Above all a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs
with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.
Requirements
16 years of work experience in sales business development
An undergraduate degree in any stream.
Preferred stream B.Tech
Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills A passion
for sales and target achievement
Preliminary knowledge of LSQ
Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product
Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage
