About the Rol
As an RPA Engineer reporting to the Software Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in automating and optimizing the administrative processes of home care providers. Your main responsibility will be to design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using Puppeteer or Microsoft Playwright tools. By collaborating closely with business analysts process owners and other stakeholders you will ensure that the automation meets the requirements and delivers value to the organization. Additionally youll be involved in configuring monitoring and troubleshooting bots as well as integrating them with external systems and data sources. Your documentation and support efforts will contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the RPA solutions. Overall youll be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organizations business processes.

What Youll Do

As an RPA Engineer reporting to the Software Engineering Manager you will:

• Analyze design develop and test RPA solutions using Puppeteer or Microsoft Playwright tools running in Azure functions or managed containers adhering to best practices.
• Configure monitor and troubleshoot bots using Azure Monitor and logs.
• Integrate bots with external systems and data sources using APIs databases or other methods.
• Document the automation process design specifications test cases and user manuals.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions and resolve any issues or defects.
• Collaborate with the RPA team and other crossfunctional teams to deliver endtoend automation projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in RPA and Puppeteer or Microsoft Playwright.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role youll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RPA engineer using Puppeteer or Microsoft Playwright tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or JavaScript.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML CSS XML JSON or REST.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as NUnit Microsoft Playwright Selenium or Postman.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
