The role and a bit about us

This stealth mode robotics venture is not your typical startup. We have been laying the infrastructure for this project for over two years and have a working PoC. Stemming from EoT Labs (the team behind the development of the peaq blockchain)our mission is clear: to create innovative solutions for the autonomous robot industry. Our goal is to build a platform that empowers individuals amid job automation by offering the opportunity to earn real yield and passive income from autonomous machines. By democratizing the machine economy and championing transparency and accessibility we envision a future where machines become investable assets for everyone. We are seeking a CTO and cofounder to join our team and contribute to building and scaling the company.

What you bring to the table

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Development including knowledge of blockchain development Polkadot Substrate and Rust programming language.
• Proven experience in building and scaling web and mobile applications with expertise in JavaScript React and either Swift or Kotlin.
• Previous experience as a technical cofounder or senior technology leader in a startup.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Having prior experience with tokenization is a big plus
• Having prior experience with robotics is a big plus
• Timezone of CET (/ 2 hours) is a plus.

Things you will do

• Developing the overall technology strategy for the robotics venture including selecting the appropriate technologies and tools to use.
• Leading the development of the platforms blockchain modules smart contracts mobile application web application and website.
• As the team grows building and managing a team of developers to implement the platforms technology roadmap.
• Ensuring that the platforms technology is secure scalable and reliable.
• Working closely with the cofounder and other members of the executive team to define the companys overall strategy and direction.
• Serving as a technical advisor to investors and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring reliability and performance of all internal systems ensuring compliance with security regulations and suggesting improvements.
• Working with the product team to plan and oversee the execution of the product roadmap and contributing to designing strategies for future developments.
• Ensuring our engineering team can deliver their best work by spotting and alleviating blockers setting IT processes coaching teammates and setting the bar for technical excellence.
