Job Description
As an RNT Sr. GNOC Network Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced technical support for network systems and servers. Your responsibilities will encompass configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networks and hardware components sourced from prominent manufacturers such as Cisco Meraki, Cisco traditional, HP/Aruba, Commscope/Ruckus, Extreme, and Ubiquiti. Your leadership role will extend to mentoring a team of network engineers, fostering their effective performance and facilitating their professional growth.

What do you need to succeed?
- A minimum of seven years of experience in supporting and monitoring network systems and servers within an enterprise environment.
- A degree-level qualification in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting networks and hardware.
- Previous experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Proficiency in network monitoring protocols such as SNMP, IPMI, and syslog.
- In-depth knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, VRRP, CDP, and LLDP.
- Familiarity with major hardware manufacturers such as Cisco Meraki, Cisco traditional, HP/Aruba, Commscope/Ruckus, Extreme, and Ubiquiti.
- Strong understanding of core Linux fundamentals.
- Proven ability to perform advanced problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite of products.
- Excellent skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.

- Work with the Microsoft Suite of products and possess strong skills in time management and prioritization.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Operate as a self-starter, capable of working autonomously and without supervision.
- Participate in ICT projects within the Hospitality industry, if applicable.
