Job Description:
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Observe and monitor patients conditions charting vital signs symptoms and reactions. Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including nursing assessments interventions and responses. Ensure compliance with documentation standards
