RICS Building Surveyor

Sterlingworth Surveyors is a leading firm committed to providing exceptional building surveying services across London and the South East of England. Were seeking talented and ambitious individuals (AssocRICS MRICS or FRICS) to join our growing team.

What youll do:

• Conduct a variety of building surveys including RICS Level 2 Home Survey Reports RICS Level 3 Home Survey Reports Snagging lists and RICS Red Book Valuations.
• Provide expert advice on building defects repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with clients architects and other construction professionals.
• Prepare detailed reports with clear and concise recommendations.
• Stay uptodate on the latest building regulations and best practices.

Youll be a great fit if you have:

• A minimum qualification of AssocRICS or MRICS.
• Strong experience in building surveying ideally within a residential/commercial environment.
• Excellent communication written and verbal with the ability to explain complex technical information to clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing highquality work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAVA graduates welcome
