About The Position: Revenue Operations Specialist
In this role you will support tactical projects for our sales and marketing operations teams. You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system data providing sales support and ensuring accurate and timely case management and contract QA. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong attention to detail and an understanding of delivering with velocity.
This role will work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations & VP of Revenue Growth with collaboration across Revenue Operations holistic team.
Primary Responsibilities

Review signed contracts for accuracy & quality assurance before sending to Finance
Track contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing
Update / add new contacts in SFDC; assist with data hygiene in RingLead
Add leads emailed from partners/partner portals into SFDC
Add/remove affiliations/program changes in SF (these come via email)
Data preparation of partner lists and accurately transferring lists into import templates
Provide Tier 1 Sales Support with case management in SFDC
Generate SF or Excel reports as requested
Document daytoday processes as requested
Other projects as assigned by Director of Revenue Operations & VP of Revenue Growth
