• Graduate degree in hotel management real estate or business administration
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience
• Strong connection with local developers
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate sector

• Knowledge of ideal sites for malls and retail showrooms
• Understanding of negotiation and lease contracts
• Established connections with mall developers and retail chains
