Tasks

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store including inventory management staffing and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the companys values and brand image

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management
