This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the firms growth by effectively marketing investment products to retail clients in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to market investment products to retail clients in Nigeria leveraging your expertise and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with retail clients providing personalized investment advice and solutions tailored to their financial goals and risk preferences.

Develop strategies to effectively counter competitor offerings and highlight the unique value proposition of our investment products.

Act as a trusted advisor to existing and new retail clients offering expert guidance on investment products and strategies to help them achieve their investment objectives.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Nigerian capital and money markets including regulatory requirements market trends and investment opportunities to effectively advise retail clients and navigate market challenges.

Take initiative and proactively seek out new business opportunities among retail clients demonstrating a selfstarter mentality and a drive to succeed in a competitive market environment.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and effectively to retail clients and stakeholders.

Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to create compelling presentations and proposals for retail clients showcasing the value proposition of investment products and services.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional investment products and services to meet clients evolving needs.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on time detailing sales activities client interactions and progress towards sales targets.

Utilise CRM systems and sales tracking tools to maintain uptodate records of clients communications and sales pipeline.

Leverage technology tools and platforms to enhance sales effectiveness streamline client communications and facilitate remote client engagement.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital marketing trends to optimize client acquisition and retention strategies.

Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and collective sales efforts sharing best practices insights and client referrals.

Promptly address and resolve customer problems and complaints ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention among retail clients.



Requirements


Requirements:

Bachelors degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in a Finance or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing Investment Products in Nigeria

Sound knowledge of Nigerian capital and money markets.

Preferably registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a sponsored individual.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word for creating compelling presentations and documents.
