About role
As the Retail Lead for Hstens in Europe within our prestigious luxury brand you will serve as a master in customer experience within our retail environment. Youll play a vital role in driving profitability and growth across our network of retail stores. This role blends leadership sales acumen and a passion for luxury products to drive success and uphold the brands esteemed reputation. With 7 stores currently in operation in 4 countries across Europe Hstens is committed to expanding its brand presence and has ambitious growth plans for the future.
Retail Lead deliverables
Primary responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate traffic conversation rate and average ticket value.
Meet regularly with Store managers to discuss strategy and actions.
Follow up by analyzing Profit & Loss reports and store performance to develop the business action plans together with the Store managers.
Build and plan marketing activities in the area.
Plan for growth and execute PR events in the area.
Taking control of the business for the stores by closely following up their business action plans.
Generate new leads in Hospitality; identify and contact decisionmakers screen potential business opportunities and select the deals in line with strategies.
Make sure that the stores act with the customers in mind and provide them with worldclass service follow guidelines and store design. Ensure to guard the brand from being used the wrong way.
Make sure to keep strong teams and provide the store managers with guidance and expertise of retailing such as sales trainings.
Create and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy; sales processes structure
Build a strong network through collaborations for events and sales.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and act on it.
Communicate new products service opportunities special developments deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
Follow guidelines use tools and ensure a structured way of working when it comes to sales visual merchandising store concept. Respect and keep deadlines and follow up on results.
Establish and maintain good and strong relationships with Hstens wholesale partners and their stores.
Act as true professional by representing the Hstens bluecheck values; awake enlightened empowered committed open business minded accountable serving respectful and loving.
