Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

Team Leadership:

Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee endtoend supply chain processes ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Quality Control:

  • Establish and enforce quality control standards for regulatory compliance.
  • mplement measures for continuous quality improvement.

Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage operational budgets identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Monitor and control operational expenditures.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement streamlined operational procedures.
  • Regularly assess and enhance workflows for maximum efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations ensuring compliance.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved processes.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team contributions.
  • Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the food industry.
  • Experience in food chain is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain logistics and quality control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
