Restaurant Manager

We want to meet you if you are passionate about a healthy diet and love engaging and consulting customers! You ll establish, oversee and coordinate all the operational activities of your restaurant.

Key responsibilities:

• Train, manage, develop, coach and evaluate team members. You are their direct mentor!
  
• Motivate your team to spread energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience, and work efficiently.
  
• Manage and optimize team member scheduling and responsibility delegation.
  
• Maintain optimal food cost ratios through portion, purchasing, inventory and waste controls.
  
• Maintain all restaurant operation policies and procedures, safety protocols as well as governmental regulations.
  

What you bring to the table:

• Interest in promoting a healthy diet, and strong leadership skills to create a positive culture
  
• 2-3 years of quick-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  
• A natural want to create memorable experiences to drive return customers.
