We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our growing team!

Were seeking a General Manager who:

• Are peoplecentric
• Will help build and develop a successful team
• Want to take a leadership role with the opportunity to grow their career
• Possess 45 years of GM experience in either a quick casual or casual theme restaurant
• Must currently be in the industry
• Must have scratch kitchen experience
• Strong systems background

Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Interviewing hiring and developing team members
• Help build and lead a great team
• Handson management style
• Experience in both FOH and HOH
• Managing proper inventory and staffing levels
• Ensuring all food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members
• Must be used to high volume $4 million plus
