Requirements

Between the ages 3545

Should be creative and innovative

Diploma received from a relevant field of study

Fluent at least 2 of Turkish and English Russian language will be a priority

At least 5 years of management experience in international luxury chain restaurants

Being an expert in at least one of the fields of Mediterranean Asian Italian and World Cuisine

Experienced in Cost control Budgeting and expense management

Proven ability to effectively manage all restaurant functions driving the wider success of the whole operation

Coordinate processes with other departments like purchasing finance and human resources

Able to lead and mentor a team

Customeroriented solutionoriented energetic with great communication skills.
