Research Writing Quality Analyst - Skyscrapers

We are looking for the position of Research Writing Quality Analyst to support the department in evaluating quality problems in operations and production analyzing weaknesses assessing training needs and taking disciplinary measures to improve customer success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofreading & analyzing research reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Assisting in the evaluation of quality problems and identifying root causes
• Analyzing customer data to provide unique insights into customers.
• Documenting Investigation of customer complaints to support the decision.
• Assisting in the assessment of training needs & monitoring improvement
• Analyzing the need for disciplinary actions and monitoring employee progress
• Preparing weekly reports and presentations for senior management
• Advising the senior department members on Implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with department members to share information and best
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure the departments objectives are being properly.
• Prepare monthly root cause analysis to identify weaknesses in processes and procedures.

• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
• Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in quality assurance editing & research.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree (Research experience preferred)
• Editing & Proofreading Reports Articles Publications and Books.
• Proficiency in Research Methodology
