Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. As a Sales Research and Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying new market opportunities conducting thorough market research and collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive landscapes within our industry. Utilize various research methods including data analysis surveys and interviews to gather relevant information.
Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments through comprehensive analysis of market data and customer feedback. Work closely with sales teams to prioritize target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market research findings. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes improve customer engagement and maximize revenue generation.
Product Development Support: Work closely with product development teams to gather customer insights and feedback for new product ideation and improvement. Provide input on product features pricing strategies and gotomarket plans to ensure alignment with market needs and sales objectives.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors activities product offerings and market positioning to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize competitive intelligence to develop strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive advantage and drive sales growth.
Sales Training and Support: Develop sales training materials presentations and resources to educate sales teams on market trends customer preferences and competitive landscape. Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to help them effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
