Requirements Engineer Technical background

We are seeking a talented Requirements Engineer with a technical background to join our team. As a Requirements Engineer you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between project management client communication and our development team. Your primary responsibility will be to translate our clients needs and wishes into comprehensive technical specifications to guide the development process. Additionally you will oversee quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure the successful implementation of new features.

Tasks

• Collaborate closely with project management and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding technical aspects of projects.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing of new features to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to requirements engineering quality assurance and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer or similar role in a techdriven environment.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise between clients and the development team.
• Understanding of Laravel React JS.
• Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in German is advantageous.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
