Required Machine Learning professional with 3 years experience

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the AI/ML vision and strategy identifying opportunities across various domains like
list relevant domains e.g. finance healthcare manufacturing.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (business engineering and product) to translate business needs into actionable AI/ML use cases.
Design develop and deploy robust machine learning models algorithms and neural networks for realworld applications. Should also have experience good experience working with Generative AI.
Oversee the entire ML lifecycle including data exploration preprocessing feature engineering model training evaluation and deployment.
Champion the adoption of best practices in data science model development and AI ethics.
Stay at the forefront of the AI/ML landscape by researching new technologies frameworks and advancements.
Build and lead a highperforming AI/ML team fostering a culture of collaboration mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences.

Qualifications:
Education in Computer Science Data Science or a related field (or Masters degree with extensive experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and delivering successful AI/ML projects across multiple domains.
Proven track record of building and deploying productionready AI/ML solutions with demonstrable business impact.
Expertise in popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc.).
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques (convolutional recurrent neural networks).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) for scalable model deployment is a plus.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate inspire and guide a team of AI/ML specialists.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
