Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain. We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over 2 decades. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks

• Realize market intelligence report on energy market, taking into consideration the main
  drivers, as well as geo-political risk, regulatory framework
• Economic modeling and feasibility evaluation of high-tech concepts along the renewable
  value chain between generation, storage, and grid with a focus on PV.
• Establishment of documentation and presentations for banks, investors and other stakeholders
  involved
• You analyze data in cooperation with affiliated teams (Market Intelligence, PPA,
  Engineering and Energy Trading) and ensure proper documentation.
• You will also support the identification, qualification, and negotiation of the CPPA array
• Your expertise lies primarily in the European energy industry with a focus on
  renewable energies (wind power, photovoltaics) and their market integration and
  you have relevant experience in these markets with project developers, project
  sponsors, and banks.
• In this context, you prepare detailed and complex profitability calculations,
  scenarios, and sensitivity analyses and accompany contract negotiations in a
  responsible position.
• You prepare documents and memoranda in preparation for a project marketing as well as
  documents and presentations for the decision-making bodies.
• You maintain and actively expand the network with developers and off-takers of renewable energy projects.
• Your support and work closely together with your team colleagues in project financing.
• You have the ability to think in complex, tax, legal and economic structures

Requirements

• Completed master s degree, doctor or comparable qualification in the field of environmental or system engineering, energy technology and/or energy efficiency
• Experience in the field of balancing renewable systems and their verification processes
• Experience in financial modeling of energy projects, due diligence processes and M&A-transactions
• Knowledge of latest generation technologies along renewable energies
• Good knowledge of English and optional German
• Willingness to travel internationally (30%)
• Well-structured, organized, and service-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and independent working
• Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
• Empathic, loyal, and forward-looking attitude
