We are seeking a Remote Wellness Coordinator to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing wellness programs for our remote workforce. This role requires a passion for promoting health and wellbeing as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement wellness programs for remote employees
• Coordinate virtual fitness classes workshops and seminars
• Create and distribute educational materials on health and wellness topics
• Organize wellness challenges and competitions
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
• Provide support and resources to employees seeking to improve their health

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Health Promotion Wellness or related field
• 2 years of experience in wellness program coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms
