• Agent Skills:
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication with a focus on empathy and active listening to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively. Extreme attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and documentation.

• Proficiency in travel booking platforms knowledge of destinations and an understanding of travel logistics and best practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage and focus on multiple travel itineraries details and platforms simultaneously.

• Ability to find creative solutions when unexpected travel issues arise suggest destinations and make decisions based on client needs.

• Certification and Training:
  

• Complete training program and attend weekly trainings to continue to learn adapt and grow within the travel industry.

• Multitasking:
  

• The capability to handle various customer inquiries including but not limited to: booking travel and managing itineraries social media inquiries and phone calls simultaneously.
