Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk Specialist to provide administrative and data entry support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This is a remote position and the candidate will work from their own location.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update databases as required
  • Sort and organize paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and other documents
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing
  • Support other team members as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain high levels of productivity and communication

Work Environment


This is a remote position and the candidate will work from their own location. The candidate must have access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and phone. The work environment may vary depending on the candidates location and may include working from home or a co working space. This job may require sitting for extended periods of time, using a computer and phone for extended periods of time.
