Job Summary
- Advise and work with leadership to manage daytoday HR operations
- Perform fullcycle recruitment activities which include posting sourcing prescreening referencing and other hiring tasks
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring manager to assess job fit
- Administer tests to assess candidate qualifications
- Become system expert and the go to person for webbased applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit)
- Coordinate with universities to set up student internship and post brochures at universities
- Carry out HR planning policies and health & safety procedures
- Record and compile HR documentation handling confidential employee information
- Capture and update HR processes in HR manual
- Assist with terminations the completion of exit interviews for departing employees
This is a remote role.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience is required.
- Superior computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Experience in education is a plus
- Experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus
- A certificate or degree in Human Resources is a plus
