Summary
This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a fulltime position. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our global HR landscape by leading the development implementation and execution of our new HRIS system. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys future while working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment (ideally located in Connecticut).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all integrations security and workflow configuration.
- Test system changes and set up for report writing and analytics.
- Provide system and process training and materials.
- Customize develop maintain and upgrade applications systems and modules.
- Maintain documentation and understand business needs from each area.
- Ensure integrity of employee data for compliance and reporting.
- Maximize existing systems to support business needs.
- Provide technical support troubleshooting and guidance to HR team.
- Create and maintain custom reporting.
- Create process documents and training materials.
- Stay updated on system enhancements and communicate updates.
- Foster relationships with system vendors.
- Hold vendors accountable for upgrades or integrations.
- Conduct regular audits troubleshooting and system testing.
- Analyze and improve HR processes and workflows.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to users.
- Support change management activities.
- Uphold data privacy and security policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- 35 years of database management and HRIS experience.
- Minimum 3 years working in HR.
- Strong analytical ability advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Exceptional problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Datadriven with a focus on technology.
- Confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education Requirements
