The Graphic Designer will apply expertise in visual design design principles and industry best practices to aide in marketing campaigns training and video production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Collaborate and consult with Lead Instructional Designer peers and subject matter experts to analyze business problems and use solid design rationale to create appropriate solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Communicate recommendations and impact of project decisions.
Support the full product lifecycle through a partnership with the team members and leadership.
Design media for both print and digital delivery.
Establish relationships with team members leadership and peers.
In conjunction with the Lead Instructional Designer aides in development of training resources
Requirements:
A minimum requirement of 13 years of Graphic Design experience
Passionate about Graphic Design
Positive team player and an enthusiastic work ethic
Youre a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively
Strong writing and communication skills
