Remote Business Intelligence Engineer (BI platforms, Data warehouses, Redshift, BigQuery, and Snowflake)

Turing.com is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer on behalf of a fast-emerging company helping sales and marketing teams to discover meaningful relationships that lead to warm introductions and referrals. The engineer will work extensively to build out existing business logic and features and also lend a helping hand in designing the system architecture. The company focuses on unlocking relationships and helping customers engage their target prospects. The selected candidate will join the team led by experienced entrepreneurs, engineers and technology leaders to build tools and technology designed to simplify the discovery, engagement, and introduction process for sales teams. It is a full-time, long-term position that requires a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CST.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead report and dashboard generation projects with stakeholders

• Fulfill customer (internal) requests for Dashboard/Report creation and management

• Assist in planning, development, and ongoing maintenance of data lake, data warehouse, and data marts

• Assist in the data dictionary library creation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer

• 3+ years experience with Business intelligence platforms, Data warehouses, Redshift, BigQuery, and Snowflake

• Advanced level knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Looker, Chartio, Tableau, Sisense, etc.

• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques

• Expert-level knowledge of business analysis and data visualization techniques

• Prior experience working with Python and R is nice to have

• Solid background and understanding of statistical analysis is desirable
