Remote Back-end Developer (Golang and Ruby on Rails)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing.com is looking for a Back-end Developer on behalf of a NASDAQ-listed cryptocurrency platform maintaining a secure platform for users to participate in digital transactions. The developer will take charge of the platform’s performance marketing tools that is composed of Ad APIs, SEO, internationalization, and others. The platform operates on a technology that is easy to use and offers access to a more inclusive, ethical, transparent financial system sustained by the crypto-economy. The company has managed to raise funding worth over $500 mn so far. This will be a long-term engagement with the possibility of an extension. It requires a minimum of 6 hours overlap with PST.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance the overall application performance by adding new features

• Create high quality, scalable, and maintainable code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

• Work with product owners to understand and implement business requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer

• 3+ years of extensive Golang experience

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is nice to have

• Nice to have any payments, credit risk, or financial regulatory experience

• Prior performance marketing tool experience is desirable

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
