Overview:

The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in driving the mortgage sales business for the organization. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their mortgage needs and offering them tailored solutions. This role is integral to the organizations growth and success in the competitive mortgage market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve mortgage sales targets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mortgage clients through proactive sales and relationship management.
  • Educate clients on various mortgage products terms and options available.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless mortgage application processes.
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities for crossselling mortgage products to existing clients.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for mortgage applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the mortgage application and approval process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices related to mortgage sales.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • Min. 5 years proven experience in mortgage sales or a similar role within NBFC or BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products underwriting guidelines and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on building longterm relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and connections within the local real estate and financial community.

Note: Must have Twowheeler with valid Driving License and be open to travel.
