Your missions
As aRelationship Manager Legal & Corporate you will :
Ensure legal compliance and good standing for clients client entitiesAssist in setting up and managing corporate fund and private legal structuresProvide corporate secretarial support and transactional assistance to client entitiesHelp clients meet legal and regulatory deadlinesMaintain uptodate records for client entitiesUphold and enhance our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate servicesAct as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with WFT (Wet Financieel Toezicht) regulations and protect the financial systemYour ideal profile
- Possess at least 3 years of professional experience in the trust financial services industries or law firms
- Hold a minimum bachelors degree in Dutch law
- Proficient in English proficiency in Dutch language is an advantage
- Previous experience working for multinational companies
- Background in corporate secretarial duties
