Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Relationship Manager Real Estate. The Customer Relationship Manager Real Estate is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients coordinating with sales marketing and development teams providing timely customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Relationship Manager Real Estate must be able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales and customer relationship management
Customer Onboarding
Pre & post Possession Support
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer Feedback Analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
