Position: Relationship manager Direct Channel

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Relationship Manager

you will:

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies in the Banca Sales Channel within the Mumbai banking sector.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients to achieve business targets.
• Lead mentor and support a highperforming sales team in driving sales within the Banca channel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Proven success in corporate sales preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Indepth knowledge of Mumbais banking and financial sector.
